The Vice-chancellor of Research and Technology of Shahrekord University of Medical Sciences announced the installation and operation of the DNA Sequencer Machine in the comprehensive research laboratory of this university.

Explaining this news, Dr. Seyed-Mohammad Omrani stated: To provide specialized laboratory services for DNA sequencing to all researchers in Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province, the DNA Sequencer 3500 ABI Machine was installed and operated in the comprehensive research laboratory of Shahrekord University of Medical Sciences.

He added: This machine is currently one of the fastest DNA sequencing devices that performs all fragment and sanger sequencing analyses with the highest accuracy and in the shortest time.

The Vice-chancellor of Research and Technology of Shahrekord University of Medical Sciences stated: This machine is designed to ensure high accuracy and flexibility in precise laboratory conditions and provides reliable results crucial for research and diagnosis.

He noted: This device is used to determine the sequence of nucleotides in a DNA sample, provide a detailed analysis of the genetic profile, and also help in medical diagnosis, especially in the identification and investigation of genetic mutations related to various diseases.

Dr. Omrani continued: Currently, Shahrekord University of Medical Sciences' comprehensive research laboratory is ready to cooperate with all faculty members of universities and educational and research centers, students, and other researchers to provide various DNA sequencing services.
